Michelle Rago and her team have produced and designed events as far-flung as New Delhi and the Cote d’Azur and, of course, from coast to coast on the continental United States.

Team Rago will oversee and execute every aspect of your event to not only ensure it unfolds smoothly, but to allow you to be carefree and fully engaged in hosting your own party.

  • Fearless Leader Michelle Rago

    Michelle’s greatest strength lies in interpreting her client’s preferences, assessing the possibilities, and translating them into a well-planned and well-designed affair. Her years of hands-on experience, superb sense of design, and mastery of logistics have served her well as she has navigated the complicated landscape of producing destination events. Michelle’s keen curiosity about the world and how aesthetics, cultures, and hospitality intertwine makes her weddings and events something to talk about.

  • Katherine Belding

    As the newest member of Michelle Rago Destinations, Katherine’s diverse background in everything from improv theater to catering brings a unique set of skills to the team. With a previous position in interior design for a luxury boutique hotel her attention to design details create one of a kind atmospheres for events of all sizes. Katherine’s can do attitude and ability to adapt to all situations puts clients at ease during the planning process. Her background in hype dancing doesn’t hurt during the events either.

  • Laura

    With a Spanish father and Lebanese mother, Lara was exposed to diverse cultures from an early age, sparking her passion for travel and exceptional hospitality. Fluent in five languages, she brings a global perspective to every event planned.

    Lara began her career in hospitality at Les Roches School of Hotel Management in Switzerland and went on to work with Four Seasons, living and working across four continents. After three years as a remote planner for Michelle Rago Destinations, she joined the team full-time, where she combines her expertise in guest experience and event design to create memorable, personalized celebrations
